Biruk Melaku, MBA brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in communications, including 15 years in the SBC space. He has experience in leading the development of SBC interventions in different health and development areas. A communication person by training, his ability in storytelling, graphic design and visual arts allows him to explore innovative approaches in designing impactful interventions for social and behavior change. Biruk is currently a Senior Director for SBC Design and Innovations at the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs in Ethiopia.
