Andy is a senior SBCC, Social Marketing and Research expert with almost four decades of experience in the development and private sectors. Over the last two decades, he has led the development, implementation, and impact evaluation of award-winning SBCC programs at BBC Media Action, Johns Hopkins Centre for Communications Program, Abt Associates, and Westat.

At PCI, he leads BODH (Behavioral Outcomes and Decision Heuristics) – a behavioral innovations lab that specializes in using HCD, behavioral science, and digital communication strategies for projects covering themes of public health, maternal, child, and adolescent nutrition, family planning, gender empowerment, and climate change, and working with government stakeholders for implementing the successful programs at scale. Prior to that, Andy worked for two decades in the private sector handling consumer, brand, and business research for multinational and corporate clients across Asia & Africa. He has a Masters in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) and another post-graduate in Big Data Analytics from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.
