Manvi Poddar

Manvi Poddar is a Master of Science in Public Health student in the Social and Behavioral Interventions program with the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She was born in Mumbai, India. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai and a Undergraduate Diploma in Product Design from the Indian School of Design and Innovation.

Manvi previously worked at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health – India Research Center and IndiaSpend. Her work focused on social and behavior change communication in the areas of maternal health and nutrition, tuberculosis, immunization, and digital literacy. Currently, her work focuses on leveraging human-centered design methodologies to create public health
