Brijesh K. G. Rao

Brijesh works as Associate Director – Program Design & Quality Assurance at PCI India. He has worked on various facets of Human-Centered Design and Behavior Change Communication techniques. He primarily supports PCI India’s behavioral science-based design projects, and technical assistance projects with the National Rural Livelihood Mission and state missions of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh in India. He has exemplary managerial skills and has worked with organizations PATH, Social Mobilization Network (A UNICEF Initiative), and Sahabhagi Shikshan Kendra, Lucknow over the last two decades. Brijesh has expertise in driving Social Behavior Change Communication programs, developing capacity-building systems, program quality assessment, concurrent monitoring, and learning of program interventions. He has a post-graduate in Social Work from Lucknow University.
